Saye is an accomplished Insurance professional, Attorney, and has previously served in various leadership roles: Including Assistant Vice President (Medical Mal Practice Division/Healthcare) for One Beacon professional Insurance Company, a leading professional liability insurance company with offices in Farmington, CT, USA. Prior to One Beacon, Saye was program Director for the Healthcare Professional Liability Program US Risk Underwriters, Headquartered in Dallas, TX with subsidiary in Annandale, VA, USA. He holds a MBA (RMI) in Risk Management & Insurance from the College of Insurance Risk Management & Actuarial Science, St. John’s University New York, NY; Bachelors of Law (LL.B/JD Equivalent), University of Liberia and Diploma in Insurance, Property, Casualty, Life & health from the West African Insurance Institute.

Willis J. ALLEN

Senior Manager for Life & Health Insurance

Mr. Allen received his training in insurance from the Swiss Insurance Training institute (SITC) in Zurich, Switzerland in 1985. He entered the insurance industry in 1982 with the American Life Insurance Company (ALICO). He was one of the first insurance officers to establish the National Insurance Corporation of Liberia (NICOL) where he served as Assistant Life Manager up until the Civil Crisis. He served as foundation General Manager of Mutual Benefits Assurance Company Liberia, Life Manager, at Omega Insurance Company. Mr. Allen has vast international experience and expertise in underwriting and administration of insurance. Additionally, he trained at the following institutions: Ghana Re, Continental Re; just to name a few

Eustace ANYE

Regional Financial Controller for Liberia, Sierra Leone & Ghana

Mr. Eustace ANYE is a Chartered Management with more than twenty years of international experience in various industries including Commodity trading, Oil and Gas, FMCG distribution and Insurance in Cameroon, Ghana, The UK and Singapore. Mr. Anye started his career with Beneficial Life Insurance (Now called Prudential Beneficial Life Insurance) in Cameroon as a Claims Examiner from 1998 to 2002 before switching to Accounting and Finance. Mr. ANYE was certified as a Chartered Management Accountant in 2012 by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) UK. He speaks both English and French fluently. Mr. ANYE joined ACTIVA in 2019 and brings along extensive international experience to support ACTIVA Liberia’s operations.


Clamis Manager

Mr. Bility has an appreciable experience in the field of insurance. As a professional insurance practitioner, he has worked for over ten (10) years in the Liberian insurance industry and holds a diploma, with honor, in insurance and risk management from the West African Insurance Institute (WAII). Mr. Bility is the Assistant Coordinator for WAII in Liberia, running the Insurance Foundation Course (IFC) each year. He holds a BSc. in International Relations and a dozen certificates in various fields or disciplines to include, Management, Risk Management, and other insurance related courses. Mr. Bility is a candidate for the ACII of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) of London, the UK.
